Mark Dines co-founded DIGI 7 and leads strategy and operations. He is principally responsible for finding investment opportunities and developing the strategic direction, operational excellence, and integration of DIGI 7 investments.

 

Mark’s career started in production and inventory control, and migrated into market development. He has spent many years as a C-level manager and board member of privately held companies. Mark has an added focus on buy-side strategies and operational integration in bolt-on acquisitions of manufacturing and service companies. His experience includes acquisition identification, interest development, negotiation, financing, post-operational management, and leading the sell-side process.

 

He is currently an equity partner and board member of a multi-million-dollar international USA-based manufacturing company primarily serving the amusement, entertainment, clean, and vended-product industries.

 

Mark is a dual citizen of the USA and UK and holds a degree in Business Management from Canisius College.
