INVESTMENT STRATEGY.

The ideal investment has an annualized EBITDA from $250,000—$2 million, however start-ups and distressed companies are also considered. We have a keen interest in "brick and mortar" type companies such as manufacturing, value-added assembly, distribution, and skilled service providers.

DIGI 7 also invests in land and property development, and is the primary investor in Harpenden Commons, strategically situated Industrial zoned real property in Clarence, NY. In addition, DIGI 7 holds a minority stake in a California based design/build company specializing in ADUs .

Our approach is to work with existing teams to achieve operational excellence, growth, organizational development, and sustained financial strength.

DIGI 7 invests in controlling positions in manufacturing, skilled service, and distribution companies.

 

Target acquisitions include:

 

  • Situations where owners or shareholders desire to exit (such as retire or semi-retire)

  • Companies where owners wish to recapitalize existing ownership

  • Distressed companies

  • ESOP unwinds

  • Bankruptcy exits

  • Start-ups

  • Commercial and Industrial Real Property ventures and acquisitions

TERRITORY & REAL PROPERTY

Harpenden Commons owns 70 acres of Industrial Zoned real property in Clarence, NY.  We welcome purchasers, partners and will also Build to Suit.

 

Manufacturing, value-added assemblers, and distribution companies with national reach can be located in any region in North America. 

 

Regionally focused skilled service providers and distributors will preferably have a strong footprint in Florida or New York.
