Michael Molnar is an Operations Strategist who focuses on supporting cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement through process optimization.  He has spent the majority of his career in manufacturing leadership, most notably at a greenfield facility developing products to transform the commercial real estate construction market.

 

His experience includes safety and quality management systems, new product design and commercialization, lean manufacturing, implementing cutting edge technology, and increasing productivity through building effective operational systems. He is currently a Plant Manager at a Fortune 500 company servicing the building materials sector in over 35 countries.

 

Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Purdue University, and earned his Master of Business Administration from Louisiana State University.
